These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arttrustworthyhi website and the commissioning of bespoke furniture services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Arttrustworthyhi provides bespoke furniture design and manufacturing services. Each commission is unique and tailored to the client's specific requirements. Services include consultation, design development, material selection, construction, finishing, and delivery.
The commission process begins with an initial consultation to discuss your requirements, preferences, and project scope. This consultation may be conducted in person, by telephone, or through digital communication.
Following the initial consultation, we develop design proposals based on your requirements. Design development may include sketches, detailed drawings, and material samples. The design is refined through collaboration until it meets your approval.
Once the design is approved, a written agreement will be provided outlining the project scope, specifications, materials, and payment terms. A deposit is typically required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion and before delivery.

Minor design changes may be accommodated during the design development phase. Significant changes after construction has commenced may result in additional costs and time delays. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing.
Materials and specifications are agreed upon during the design process. We work with carefully selected suppliers and select timber for each project based on the approved design. Natural variations in wood grain and color are inherent characteristics of timber and are not considered defects.
Project timelines are estimated based on the complexity and scope of work. While we aim to complete projects within estimated timeframes, bespoke furniture making involves variables that may affect timing. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the timeline.
Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to commence work, with progress payments for longer projects and the balance due upon completion. Payment methods and schedules are agreed upon before work begins.
Delivery and installation arrangements are discussed during the project. We take care to protect furniture during transport and ensure proper installation. Delivery dates are coordinated with clients, and adequate access must be provided.
Care and maintenance instructions are provided upon delivery. Proper care is essential to maintain the appearance and longevity of your furniture. We are available to provide guidance on maintenance and can undertake repairs or refinishing as needed.
Designs created for your commission remain the intellectual property of Arttrustworthyhi unless otherwise agreed. We may use images of completed work for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
Our liability is limited to the value of the commission. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Natural characteristics of materials, such as wood movement or grain variation, are not considered defects.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it may be subject to mediation or other dispute resolution procedures as agreed.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with active commissions. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We stand behind our workmanship. If you discover a defect in workmanship within a reasonable period after delivery, we will address it at no additional cost, subject to normal wear and tear and proper care.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions. Natural characteristics of wood, such as movement or grain variation, are not considered defects.
All designs, drawings, and specifications created for your commission remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may use images of completed work for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on our designs without written permission.
We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose information about your commission to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
These Terms may be modified from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with active commissions. Your continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
These Terms, together with any project agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arttrustworthyhi regarding the subject matter herein, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
